KPG TUBE PRESSES

KPG tube presses are used worldwide by leading international companies for printing ABL/PBL barrier laminates. KPG printed tubes are used in diverse markets for many different products; toothpastes, personal health care, pharmaceutical/medical, foods and cosmetics.

Designed for non-stop production, just one KPG press, can typically serve one or two tube forming machines. Standard features include flexo varnishing, servo driven expansion roller for pre-stretching ABL, corona treater, chill rollers and slitting.

COLOURS Up to 8-colours, based on a single central impression drum, plus varnish

TENSION Servo driven infeed and outfeed, provides constant tension control
