After-sales customer support is a priority at KPG Europe. Our objective is to provide a technical service enabling customers to minimise press down-time and achieve maximum trouble-free production.

For over 40 years our customer support team, has been serving Ko-Pack and KPG press users, throughout the world.

With specialist engineers based in Europe, UK and Japan, KPG provides worldwide technical assistance. Additionally, local sales and technical support is often available from KPG agents and distributors.

Spare parts, tooling and consumables can all be supplied from our UK base. KPG operates an exchange service for KPG/Ko-Pack (CID) central impression drums.

KPG specialist engineers are also available for on-site routine maintenance and press assessments.
