Versatility combines with innovative technical features to provide creative production choices, using multi-webs and multi-substrates. With such versatile production capability, the choice of label product is almost endless; multi-page booklets, piggy-back labels, peel & reseal (sandwich) labels, neck hangers, window and no-look labels, bottle tags, wrap-around labels, pack grip handles, product/lid seals, coupon and dry-peel labels. Security labelling including tamper evident (void) labels, secure variable data codes, RFID products, destructible safety seals and EM (electromagnetic) systems.
Available in two web widths of 260mm and 400mm, these specialist presses provide production capability for a wide range of sophisticated labelling marketing applications for consumer and industrial products.
Customised Configurations
Choice of printing processes, flexo, letterpress, foil, screen, tactile and digital inkjet, coupled with a wide range of converting and finishing options, including silicone coating, laminating and varnishing. Modules such as automatic applicators and inkjet heads can also be fitted. Paramount to the press design is that all printing (in up to 16 colours); converting and finishing options are completed in-line. All Specialist Presses are designed and built to order, to meet customer requirements. Whether additional text space for showing multi-language information, user instructions, concealed security data or high-impact product branding; a specialist KPG press can be configured to meet all these customer needs.
