At KPG Europe, after-sales service isn’t an add-on — it’s a core part of our commitment to customers

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our objective is to provide a technical service enabling customers to minimise press down-time and achieve maximum trouble-free production.

For over 50 years our customer support team, has been serving Ko-Pack and KPG press users.

With specialist engineers based in Europe, UK and Japan, KPG provides worldwide technical assistance. Additionally, local support is often available from KPG agents and distributors.

PARTS & COMPONENTS

Many parts are held in stock in our UK stores and specialist items can be ordered. Anilox, print cylinders and gears can be supplied to customer specification. Many consumable items such as blades, end seals and belts can be supplied ex-stock. UV lamps and parts for GEW and Ushio systems are also available.

DRUM EXCHANGE

To minimise press down-time, KPG offers an exchange service for central impression drums, as well as smaller stack drums. Replacement drive and ring gears are also available.

Labelmen and Taiyo drums can also be recovered by KPG.

MAINTENANCE & RELOCATION

Routine Maintenance
We recognise that customers operating presses 24/7 occasionally require specialist maintenance. KPG offers this service along with technical assessments, enabling the press to perform to optimum performance levels.

Press relocation
Whether you need to relocate a KPG or Ko-Pack within your own factory, or install a used press purchased from a third party, our press specialist engineers have vast experience in handling such projects. Decommissioning, lifting and packing, shipping and installation can be arranged by KPG Europe.
